Name : Tri-Gard Audio Detection
Description :
The IEI 552 audio glass break detector uses microprocessor based multiple signature analysis.
The 552 unit is self-adjusting, and feature Automatic Gain Control circuits to filter the amplitude of ambient sounds and process all sound that the same volume.
This eliminates the need for manual sensitivity adjustments and gives the 552LS maximum detection accuracy even in muffled (i.e. curtains, shades, blinds and small glass sizes) and changing environments.

Name : Vibration Detection
The 834LWC Viper Plus is a frame mountable piezoelectric sensor with a custom ACIC microchip.
The sensor responds to the directly conducted energy released by breaking glass.
As a result, the Viper will not false alarm from any ambient sounds, or low frequency vibrations.
Additionally, the Viper can be adjusted for single or double knock response to further increase false alarm rejections.
There is also a Hi-Low sensitivity jumper that is used to increase or decrease the overall sensitivity and the potentiometer is used to fine-tune the adjustment.
The 834LWC comes with a door/window contact that allows the 834LWC to monitor the opening of a point of entry.
